Thank you for your interest in the apples we grow here at Silkey Gardens, LLC. Currently we grow four established varieties of apples (Acey Mac, Wealthy, Honey Crisp & Zestar), along with our own unique (as far as we can tell) variety that we call Leesha. The Leesha and Zestar start to ripen in mid-to late August and are followed by the Acey Mac and Wealthy. As of yet we are not able to offer Honey Crisp.
